Denver COPIA

The Colorado Property Investors Association meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Doubletree Hotel in Westminster, CO.

DOUBLETREE-DENVER North
8773 Yates Dr
Westminster, CO 80031
(303) 427-4000

The bar was raised on December 9, 2008 as the Colorado Property Investors Association launched it’s 2009 theme and laid out it’s “On Topic On Purpose” mission for the coming year.

The 2009 COPIA Theme is: RESULTS

Here’s the deal for real estate investors in the Denver area, throughout Colorado and heck within driving distance of our Colorado based real estate investor association monthly meetings:

“If you want content, education and specific direction that drives you toward results this next year then COPIA is your evening hang-out on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.”

Our RESULTS theme is designed so that each meeting stands on it’s own yet builds powerfully on itself each and every month.  The reality is this, COPIA meetings have been packed with content for nearly 2 years…yet, only a hand-full of people actually ever go out and do anything with the information they learn.

Why?  Here’s my best guess based on listening, observing and trying to figure it out.

It occurred to me that most real estate investors who attend real estate investor associations, clubs and meetings, take notes, get excited but don’t take action because they never put all the pieces together in an ordered, organized manner to simplify the complex business of investing in real estate.

It boils down to 3 things: (1) fear of the unknown (2) information overload and (3) the grass is greener syndrome.

First, fear is a matter of comfort or rather the overwhelming avoidance of discomfort.  The definition of fear is “the anticipation of pain”…look it up.

Fear paralyzes.

Second, you probably have so much information packed into your head that the garbled mess leaves you with no real clue where to start or how to organize the information to achieve the results you want.

Information overload derails success.

Third, when you are constantly introduced to new real estate investing topics, it’s easy to fall prey to a constant “refocusing” of direction because every new topic sounds like the best thing since sliced bread.

The grass is greener syndrome kills progress.

My question to you is this…Are you ready to start walking a proven path of real estate investing success by building a step by step business that works?

COPIA meetings in 2009 are all about RESULTS.

Together, each month throughout 2009, we are going to walk a proven path, I am going to help you gain focus and you are going to eliminate the stuff that derails your success without you even knowing it.

Join me on this journey.  The Colorado Property Investors Association is about RESULTS in 2009.
